We did go in the end. We did go to the city of sassi, to the carved treasure of tufo, to the statuary town of Matera. We went and we rejoyed. Best decision. Lungimirant choices were made, that we will never regret: procrastinate work. Postpone the teletile zine. Snooze the layout. Five more minutes in this natural canyon, listening to the stream bubbling and a street vendor far away trying his new carved out whistle.

Matera is a crazy city.  Every where you look, you are struck by the crazy beautifulness of the city… With kamo, we spent a full day there. Thought if cubism a lot. Also some early 20th century paintings. Like 페르낭 레제 그림…  The sun was beaming strong through out the whole day, we did some hiking, went to the cave, ate crazy potato focaccia, and then we got some burrata and special cheese. Had them with thinly sliced zucchini.  Really good day!
